The Abominable Snowmen came pounding at my door!

As I had mentioned in the Christmas Day update, we had a very green Christmas. Two days later, things changed! We got hit with 54cms of snow with high winds; you need to be careful what you wish for. The boys, and Daddy too, were happy to play in the snow with their new snowshoes that Santa had brought them. They trudged around the yard, built shelters and shoveled snow for about an hour and half in the middle of the storm. The boys came in for some hot chocolate, and treats. We played a few card games and it was pretty well time for bed. I am sure it will now be a white winter from here on in!
